We want you to absolutely love your hair extensions! However, due to Health & Safety laws and the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns for faulty items. Our policy ensures fairness and transparency while maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

Returns & Exchanges

Hair Extensions

We take hygiene seriously, so for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or altered in any way.

THIS INCLUDES:
✔ Breaking the seal on the extensions or removing the tape.
✔ Bleaching, dyeing, or toning with any chemicals or colouring products.
✔ Wearing, washing, or styling the extensions.
If you are unsure about your colour match, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first!

Faulty Products + Replacements

We stand by the quality of our hair! If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Faulty items will be replaced once the original product is returned and inspected. If a replacement isn’t available, a refund will be issued.

Exchanges

Not the right shade or length? No problem!
We offer hassle-free exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order—as long as the product is still in original, unopened packaging.

Exchange process:

1.⁠ ⁠Place the items inside the original packaging.
2.⁠ ⁠Fill out the returns form and include it in your package.
3.⁠ ⁠Seal the package and post it to:

✔ Colour exchanges are free, but a shipping & handling fee applies.
✔ Processing time: 2-3 business days once received.

Refunds:

Faulty product?

If your order qualifies for a refund (faulty products only), processing will take 2-3 business days after receiving your return. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit.

Refunds are not available for:

✘ Change of mind.
✘ Opened or used hair extensions.
✘ Hair that has been chemically treated or altered.
✘ Items past the 7-day return window.

Important Care Information

Using keratin or protein treatments on our extensions will void any warranty or refund. These products dry out the hair and cause brittleness. We highly recommend using Adore professional products or other hydrating formulas to maintain longevity.
