In General

Adore Hair Extensions (“www.adorehairextensions.co.uk”) owns and operate this Website.

This document governs your relationship with Adore hair extensions. Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms of Service”).

By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, these may be updated by us from time to time.

You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

Sale & Payment

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to our general T&C’s. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received.

Returns & Exchanges

Prior to shipping, we reserve the right to decline, reject or similarly cancel any order or part order without notice and refund or credit Trade any payment in full.  All goods remain the property of Adore hair extensions until paid for in full.

Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of the Returns Policy will be returned to the billed clients within 7 days of receipt, a reason for this decision will be provided.  We will return the returned goods back to you at your cost and payment for postage will be required before dispatch with our Customer Service Team. If the payment is not made within 91 calendar days the item will be destroyed.

Any returns due to colour, style or quality are only eligible if the item is returned to us unopened and in its original condition.  A £2 fee per product is charged on a returned order to cover the cost of packaging and all used packaging is recycled on behalf of the client.

Orders returned through a Trade Account will receive store credit. In addition all Trade returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Missing Orders

We are unable to report an item missing until 15 working days after the shipment date, this rule is set by our delivery courier services.

An item is not deemed as lost until after this time and a full investigation will be carried out by our client services team and the courier service.

Royal Mail investigations:
Once reported it can take up to 30 working days for a full investigation to be carried out by ourselves and the couriers and once the couriers have concluded the investigation and a claim has been accepted, only then can we replace the order.

Our terms and conditions will be governed by, and in accordance with English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

The goods sold on adorehairextensions.co.uk to trade customers are sold as ‘trade’, and not covered by legislation that protects ‘non-trade’ consumers.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event any of our products appear to be faulty upon receipt of delivery please report to our customer services team within 48 hours.

If required, these items will then be requested to be returned to Adore Hair Extensions for further inspection with our Quality Assurance Team.

It is essential that all products must be returned in their original shipped condition and original undamaged packaging, removing the product from the gold/silver tie or seal you are confirming the product is fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

In the unlikely event, you or your client are not happy with the quality of our products a Hair Report Form is required, this form is required before a return, and to be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team.

If a product is received without an approved Hair Report Form this will not be processed until the Hair Report Form is received. Failure to provide the completed paperwork within 91 days will result in the goods being destroyed.

We will acknowledge your completed Hair Report Form within 48 hours of receipt and all reports will be resolved within 30 days.

On acceptance of the completed Hair Report Form we may request for full product removal and return in its current condition within 14 days of the completed report.

If your product is deemed faulty by Adore Hair Extensions a replacement of the returned product will be issued with the purchase of the Adore professional hair care.

If your product is deemed faulty due to client neglect, the product will be returned at the customers expense.

Please request the product return within 91 days of confirmation alternatively it will be destroyed.

Changes to Product & Pricing

We reserve the right to make changes to the products and prices listed on the site, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.

While we do our best to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate, some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur.

We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.

Colour Ring / Colour Matching

We make every effort to ensure our shades consistently match our Salon Professional Colour Ring, however our Salon Professional hair range is 100% Human Hair and an organic product and as such there can occasionally be a slight variation in shade or tone between batches.

Any returns due to colour, style or quality are only eligible if the item is returned to us unopened and in its original condition, we would always recommend colour matching before application to ensure the colour match is as required.  In the unlikely event this is the case then please don’t hesitate to contact us to arrange a return.  (Please note all hair must be returned with the black/silver tie not cut, you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us.

We make every effort to display our colour shades as accurately as possible on this website.
We cannot guarantee that all computer monitors will display our hair colours as accurately as we would hope.  You are welcome to contact us for assistance on colour matching on hello@adorehairextensions.co.uk where we can offer advice and recommendations but cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.

Professional Clients – Trade

It is a minimum trade requirement that all stylists/salons/clients sign the Consultation Form to have a clear understanding of the salon services, methods, and SWAY Aftercare Guidelines (this is the responsibility of the adore account holder).

Adore Hair Extensions will not be held responsible/liable for any product/order if this document has not been completed and signed by the account holder and client.  This document is an agreement that your client will upkeep all maintenance and aftercare advice from the stylist/salon to ensure the longevity and condition of their Adore Hair Extensions while using Adore Haircare.
All trade accounts are required to show/offer the full Adore Haircare Collection.

You and your client must sign an Adore Consultation Form to confirm you are agreeing that Adore Aftercare Guidelines are understood and will be followed. In the event, you/or the client decides against the purchase of Adore Haircare we cannot be held responsible for any Adore Hair Extension products.

The Adore Haircare guide will be sent with every order.

In the unlikely event that you or your clients are unhappy please ensure you contact us within the 12 week timeframe, Adore Hair Extensions cannot be held responsible for any situation that may arise outside the company’s timeframe.

Adore Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for the cost of any product or the delivery charge if returned and aftercare guidelines/haircare not followed or purchased with the original order.

Image Rights

IMAGES MAY NOT BE RE-DISPLAYED ON ANOTHER WEBSITE WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER AND ADORE HAIR EXTENSIONS.

By using #Adoreprofessional you grant us (Adore Hair Extensions) an unlimited, non-exclusive, assignable, sub-licensable, perpetual, and worldwide right to use the photo/photos that you post or have posted on Instagram/Facebook/Pinterest with an associated Adore Hair Extensions hashtag.

This means that we have the right to use the photo/photos with such a hashtag as digital or non-digital content. That usage might, for instance, comprise their use in our online shop, in a retail outlet selling Adore Hair Extension products, in Adore Hair Extensions newsletters, in posts on Adore Hair Extensions social networks, in outdoor advertising, on posters and in other promotions.

We are not obliged to use the photo/photos however, you waive any payment for use of the photo/photos in this connection as well as any right to be identified as originator/proprietor of rights.

Adore Hair Extensions shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this website, services or its products.

Adore Hair Extensions as a result of breach of contract, warranty, indemnity, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, the Company or its subcontractors or suppliers will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity, goodwill, use, production, anticipated savings, expenses, costs or similar loss; and/or or any special, consequential, incidental, indirect, speculative, punitive or exemplary loss or damage, or claims of the purchaser’s customers for any of the foregoing damages and the purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the company from any such claims of the purchaser’s customers.

Complaints

We operate a complaint handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
